As we move towards our 45th MHS68 Class Reunion here at the website not a lot of updates or news from classmates. But, there are still smaller get togethers happening. June 17-18 a Wayne Trail Reunion of some old friends made for two days of stories and new adventures in and around Maumee. Cindy, Pam, Linda, and Carmen invited me along to share some memories and catch up on a 54 Year Reunion of our 1958 Mrs. Amos’s Third Grade Class. Cruising Maumee with lunches at Max & Erma’s and of course Dale’s gave everyone lots of time to chat and catch up. Best times were on Pam’s front porch and having ice cream down at Penguin Place. These vivacious women were on the town with no curfew, wheels, and the new casino in Rossford now open 24 hours a day. They had a lot of fun, so much in fact another get together is in the works!
