22 classmates and friends attended our luncheon. Plus…The class of 65 was having their luncheon at the same time. See if you can name everyone in the class of 65 picture.

Kathy brought lots of donations for a raffle. Thank you, Kathy, for being so generous.

We had more discussion regarding our birthday party. Becky outlined the plan for refreshments and entertainment.

Many volunteers stepped up to help and contribute to the event:

• Set Up Committee will be John Bennett, Carl Schnapp, Patti Monto, Kathy Snyder & Deb Hagan.
• Clean up Committee will be Becky Kotnik, Roger Warnock, Chris Pfleghaar, & Duane Powell. Garbage emptied & tables wiped down.
• Decorating Committee will be Gale Contact with centerpieces from previous reunion if we still have them.
• Becky Kotnik reservation of place, food truck etc.
• Cindy Nauman will donate the class cake & pick up with Deb Hagan water & soda for the class. The treasury will pay for these items. Coolers will be needed with ice. Becky Kotnik indicated the bar will provide ice also.
• Jeff Gordan has graciously offered to pay the rental of $80. A big thank you!
• Lynn Martin & Kathy Cornelius will make cupcakes to add to the cake.
• Duane & Barb Powell have offered to pick up the napkins, cups, plates & utensils for the evening.
• John Bennett has offered to bring veggie trays.
• Truman Irving has graciously offered to pay $100 toward the cost of the pizzas. A big thank you.
• Toni & Tom Graham & Bob & Dori Boggs will donate pretzels & chips for munchies.
• “Save the date” post cards will be sent out by Bob Bohls in March.
• Bob will update the email database.
• Constant Contact will be used for email distribution. Please, let us know if this email program works well for you.
• Cindy Nauman will collect reservations/deposit funds.

Thanks to all the volunteers, we can keep the cost to classmates at a minimum:

• Cost: $15 single $25 couple
• Cash bar
• Soda & bottled water will be provided.

Mark your calendar for the “BELATED 70TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION” an evening event, Saturday, May 14, 2022, at the American Legion Post # 320, 204 Illinois Avenue, Maumee, Ohio. Details will be posted by March.

Our next Zoom meeting will be on Wednesday, March 2nd at 4 PM. Classmates from all over the country show-up for these get togethers. You should be there too. Watch for the post for the link.

Our next luncheon will be Noon, March 9^th at Don Juan Bar & Grill (Maumee). Look for the Facebook post or email for details.
