MEDELLIN Gloria J. (Griesinger) Gloria J. Medellin, 62, of South Toledo, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents. Gloria is survived by her son, Christopher Medellin; granddaughter, Amanda Medellin; grandson, Joshua Torres and one great-grandchild. Also surviving are her brothers, Roger, Ed and Lester; sister, Lois Ann Adkins; many nieces and nephews, and special grand nephews, Ethan and Preston Devault and special friend, Vivian Johnson. Friends may call at the Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Ave., on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. The family would like to give special thanks to Southern Care Hospice for all their care.
